
For me this is the time of year when the magic begins. It’s always the same–one seed, small enough to tuck under a fingernail, a bit of soil, water and sunshine. And soon a sprout. And a few months after that: a basket of tomatoes or a table full of chilis. It’s always the same and always exciting. As a friend once said on a sunny spring morning, “It’s a miracle.” And it always reminds me of Eva’s Green Garden, where seeds were sprouted, grown, and harvested year round. Eva’s micro-greens were famous. We can all be farmers of micro-greens and watch the miracle of seeds sprouting. Here are Eva’s instructions:
