I am so pleased share news about a book party for Sandor Katz and the Tiny Wild, co-written with June Jo Lee.
September 14, 4:00-5:00 p.m.
We will do a “chop, salt, pack” demonstration (though the chopping will be done ahead of time) to show how easy and safe it is to make your own fermented vegetables.
We will have a tasting of “kraut-chi” in mini bratwurst sliders so you can taste how delicious fermented vegetables are.
And, of course we will read the book, talk about the book and answer any questions that come up.
